i don't know if you have ever heard audibly from God but i believe i have. no he did not sit across from me at breakfast while we were having coffee and tell me this, but certainly i cannot doubt i heard from him. so in that obedience...
...i'm writing a book!
my book is the story of our son, matthew phillip, and his namesakes, matthew seth and phillip raymond, all of whom are now in heaven. it is a story of their lives, their characters, and how God intricately wove them all together. it is a story of grace, faith, heartbreak, and redemption.
all i know is that i'm supposed to be writing it, right now. i don't have an agent and i'm not sure if it will ever be at amazon.com or the local bookstore. i'm not sure if it's for others to read or for my eyes only so i can connect the dots and see God's faithfulness.
it's pretty scary to step out and do something not knowing what the end will bring...by far the biggest step of faith i've ever taken. i'm along for the ride...and i'll post updates as they come. i would appreciate your prayers as i go through this process.
